Who operates this website

This website is operated by Kevin Groves for the purpose of presenting his independent advisory services and enabling professional enquiries.

Information collected

You can complete the preliminary assessment without providing contact details. Your answers stay in the page until you choose to send them or share a download. Information may be processed when you:

If you make contact, the information you provide may include your name, professional contact details, organisation, role and the content of your enquiry. Please do not send confidential, personal or transaction-restricted information before suitable arrangements are in place.

Assessment enquiries

The optional enquiry form asks for your permission to respond. Submitting it sends your contact details, message, assessment answers and self-reported commercial context to Kevin's private advisory workspace, hosted using Vercel and Supabase. It automatically creates a prospect contact and an unqualified pursuit. A transparent rule-based score helps prioritise conversations; it does not verify your statements or agree an engagement.

Requesting a report or consultation is separate from the optional follow-up choice. That choice is off by default and requires confirmation by email before up to two relevant follow-ups within two weeks of your assessment. You can withdraw it using the receipt-page control or an email unsubscribe link. Bounced or complained-about addresses are suppressed from further automated delivery. Email sending and follow-ups require the email service to be activated; the page reports delivery limitations explicitly.

For agreed client work, an advisor may supply an expiring questionnaire link containing only the approved evidence requests. Submitted answers are labelled client-supplied, evidence is recorded as received rather than reviewed, and advisor-established information is preserved. These records follow the engagement's agreed retention arrangements; link expiry does not delete an engagement record.

Raw enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. If a conversation becomes an active commercial relationship, relevant information may be retained in the pursuit or engagement record under the applicable business arrangements. You may request deletion or correction through the contact routes below.

To limit automated abuse, the service retains a keyed, one-way fingerprint derived from the connection address with the enquiry. The raw address is not stored in the enquiry record; hosting providers may separately retain security logs. Contact details and message content are not included in website analytics.

Website analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated website usage. Vercel states that its Web Analytics product does not use third-party cookies and does not associate analytics with an identifiable individual or IP address. Typical data points may include the page viewed, time, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system and device type.

Consultation-opening events may record only the section of the website from which the booking calendar was opened. No names, email addresses or enquiry content are intentionally included in those events.

Calendly and external services

The consultation calendar is provided by Calendly and loads only when you choose to open it. Information submitted through Calendly is processed under Calendly's own privacy terms and the settings applied to the booking page. Links to LinkedIn and other external sites are governed by those services' own policies.

How enquiry information is used

Professional enquiry information may be used to respond, assess whether there is a suitable advisory fit, arrange a conversation, prepare an engagement proposal, maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal or professional obligations.

Retention and sharing

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was provided, legitimate business-record needs or applicable legal obligations. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate the website, communications or booking process, or where disclosure is legally required.

Your choices

You may ask about personal information you have provided, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Contact Kevin through LinkedIn until a dedicated business privacy address is published.
